During my Xmas stay, I was pleased with the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. the location was also perfect, with easy access to both the beach and a variety of restaurants. the pool areas were well-maintained and comfortable for lounging.
The hotel needs to improve its Wi-Fi signal strength. the attitude of some of the workers was a bit unpleasant.

During my stay at this luxury hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Additionally, the kitchen staff, particularly the smiling waitresses Khadijah, Anna Marie, and Charles. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor enhanced my dining experience. The hotel's location was also a major highlight. It was conveniently situated within walking distance of both the Senegambia Strip and the beach. This made it easy for me to explore the local area and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Given that this is Africa, I did not have unrealistic expectations for breakfast. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfasts served at this hotel.

The bed was really comfortable and the wait staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel’s location was perfect, with the main tourist area and the beach in walking distance. It was great being able to have breakfast at the hotel and not having to look for a place to eat in the morning.
The Wi-Fi signal was poor and only available in certain areas of the hotel, which was frustrating. there seemed to be a lack of communication between the desk staff and the cleaning staff.

The hotel's location was perfect, as I could easily walk to both the Senegambia strip and the beach. The breakfasts were quite good and set me up for a day of activities. The staff, especially the smiling Khadijah and Anna Marie, and Charles, were excellent at their work. The bed was comfortable, and the room was cleaned daily.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
